Digital Health Consulting
Digital health consulting from someone who has built it inside pharma.
Independent advisory for pharma and medtech teams, digital health scaleups, early-stage startups, and investors — on the strategy, partnerships, and commercial models that move promising products into real-world use.
What it covers
Pharma partnership readiness
Getting a product and its pitch ready for real pharma evaluation: positioning, finding the right internal champion, and a story that matches how pharma actually funds decisions.
Regulatory + commercial strategy
Building the regulatory pathway (e.g. SaMD classification, EU MDR vs. FDA) and the commercial model together, so one doesn't undercut the other.
Build vs. partner decisions
A structured evaluation of whether to build in-house or partner externally, grounded in what actually gets funded and adopted inside drug-first or device-first organizations.
Device-to-digital strategy
For medtech teams extending a physical product with software or a companion app — and the added regulatory and commercial complexity that comes with it.
Digital health diligence
A domain-expert second opinion for investors on a company's regulatory, commercial, and partnership viability.
Experience
15+ years in engineering and digital health leadership, including over a decade at Novo Nordisk across regulated and unregulated products.
I owned the Diabetes Companion App program end-to-end — strategy, commercialization, partnerships, and team leadership — supporting six brands, integrating with glucose and injection devices, and launching in five markets, within a €4M partnership portfolio I oversaw.
